According to the developer, invitations were selectively extended to long-standing residents and investors to provide early access to information about the project.
Phu My Hung Harmonie is located in Binh Duong Ward (formerly Thu Dau Mot), an area identified by planning authorities as a future urban center. Positioned as an upscale development, the project emphasizes planned open spaces, construction quality, and architectural design, while aiming to maintain price levels accessible to a broad range of buyers.
The site covers approximately two hectares and includes five towers rising 32-34 stories, delivering a total of 1,490 apartments. Unit layouts are diversified, with two-bedroom apartments accounting for about 69% of the supply, ranging from 66 to 79 square meters. One-bedroom units represent around 18%, with floor areas of 39-42 square meters. The remaining units include three-bedroom apartments, garden apartments, and ground-level housing.
The development also incorporates 23 commercial units at the podium level, providing space for services, retail, entertainment, and educational uses.

According to the developer, the towers are designed to maximize natural light and ventilation. All apartments feature outward-facing windows, intended to improve airflow and daylight while limiting direct heat exposure and reducing energy consumption.
Amenities are organized around a central open space formed by placing the towers near the site boundary. This landscaped area, described by the developer as a “green valley,” is designed to support microclimate regulation and provide shared recreational space for residents.
Facilities are distributed across multiple levels and are intended to meet daily living needs while encouraging outdoor activity and community interaction.

Speaking at the launch event, Phu My Hung General Director Bui Duy Toan said the project reflects the company’s strategy of extending its established development standards beyond its traditional southern projects.
“We believe a project’s value is reflected not only in its physical design, but also in the quality of life it offers residents,” he said.
From a market perspective, the developer positions Phu My Hung Harmonie as suitable for both owner-occupiers and investors, citing its varied unit mix and pricing structure. Demand is supported by the area’s growing concentration of industrial, technology, and service activities, which is attracting professionals, engineers, and management-level workers.

Thuy An, a resident of Cardinal Court, another Phu My Hung development in the area, said HCMC north offers a community-oriented living environment.
“After more than two years of living here, I feel confident about the environment, and the developer’s reputation provides reassurance for buyers,” she said.
Following the introduction phase, the remaining apartment inventory at Phu My Hung Harmonie is expected to be formally released to the market in the coming period.
