The upcoming release will include units in towers A1 (Ivies) and A4 (Olivie). As in the initial launch, customers who complete booking procedures will enter a draw to secure purchase rights on the opening day.
According to the developer, projects with clear legal status, established infrastructure and competitive pricing continue to attract buyer interest. In the first phase, booking demand exceeded available supply, and similar demand is expected for the next release.
Phu My Hung has also introduced financing options in partnership with banks including Vietcombank, BIDV and Standard Chartered. Payment schedules are structured over approximately 29 months.

Phu My Hung Harmonie is an apartment project positioned in the mid- to high-end segment, developed on a site of around 2 hectares in Ho Chi Minh City’s Chanh Hiep Ward, formerly part of Binh Duong Province.
The project comprises five towers of 32 to 34 stories, offering 1,490 apartments, along with 23 commercial units and a kindergarten.
The layout places towers around the perimeter, creating a central landscaped area with amenities such as a swimming pool, sports facilities, walking paths and communal spaces. The design is intended to increase green space and improve ventilation.

The project is located at the intersection of My Phuoc – Tan Van Road and Vo Van Kiet Boulevard, with access to industrial zones including VSIP I and VSIP II.
The surrounding area has a large population of industrial workers and experts, contributing to housing demand. Planned developments such as the North Ho Chi Minh City Science and Technology Urban Area and a 100-hectare digital technology zone are also located nearby.
Market observers say the expansion of industrial and technology hubs in the area could support future demand for housing and rentals.
