The phase introduced units in towers A1 (Ivies) and A4 (Olives). As in the first phase, attendance was limited to customers who had completed prior bookings. Among the participants, a number had also joined the initial launch, reflecting continued interest in the project.

According to the developer, bookings in the second phase reached approximately 1,000 units, bringing the combined total across both phases to around 2,500.
The event saw strong turnout from early morning at the Phu My Hung Sales Gallery, including both domestic and foreign buyers from Japan, South Korea, Canada, Malaysia, and China, many of whom are working in nearby industrial zones.
Bui Vuong Duy was the first participant selected in the draw and proceeded to finalize the purchase of a one-bedroom unit in tower A1. He said he had attended the first launch but had not secured a unit, and this time chose an apartment facing the project’s internal green area.

Market observers note that the project’s location may support long-term value. Harmonie is located at the intersection of My Phuoc – Tan Van Road and Vo Van Kiet Boulevard, with access to industrial zones such as VSIP I and VSIP II. It is also situated within the planned Northern Ho Chi Minh City Science and Technology Urban Area, near a 100-hectare digital technology zone, which is expected to generate housing demand from professionals and skilled workers.
“Additionally, the reputation, credibility, and product quality of Phu My Hung were key factors in my decision to purchase this apartment,” Duy said.

Another buyer, Anh Thu, 32, secured a unit overlooking the swimming pool on the 19th floor of tower A1. She said the project offers accessible pricing along with financial incentives such as principal and interest payment exemptions until handover in 2028, and noted its potential for rental income.
“Phu My Hung projects typically receive ownership certificates quickly, and many are completed ahead of schedule. I also expect early handover so I can begin utilizing the property,” she said.
Phu My Hung Harmonie is developed on a 2-hectare site in Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly part of Binh Duong), comprising five towers of 32 – 34 floors with a total of 1,490 apartments and 23 commercial units.
The project layout places the towers around the perimeter, creating a central landscaped area with amenities such as a swimming pool, sports facilities, a jogging path connecting all five buildings, and shared community spaces. The design emphasizes green space and integrated living.

According to the developer, apartments are delivered with additional fittings such as kitchen cabinets, stoves, and range hoods, allowing for immediate occupancy or leasing without significant additional costs.
Amid ongoing adjustments in the real estate market, projects with clear legal status, established developers, and stable end-user demand continue to maintain liquidity. Based on results from the first two phases, the developer expects continued interest in upcoming releases.
