The Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work list for 2025 features several new names, such as lender KienlongBank and plastic company Duy Tan Recycling.
Unilever maintained its lead in the large business category in the 12th annual list released on Wednesday by recruitment consultancy Anphabe and market researcher Intage.
Others in the top 10 were U.S. beverage maker Coca-cola, Japanese food manufacturer Acecook and retailer AEON and Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup and tech giant FPT.
In the medium-sized enterprise category, U.S. beverage maker Foods took the top spot for a third consecutive year.
New names in the list include paint producer TOA Paint, German drugmaker STADA Pymepharco, U.S.-incorporated fitness appliances brand Yes4All, Duy Tan Recycling, KienlongBank and materials manufacturer Phenikaa Group.
Over 650 businesses in 18 industries were assessed by polling 73,000 employees and students.
Students were included for the first time in this year’s survey to reflect the young workforce’s interest in finding a transparent work environment.
Anphabe CEO Thanh Nguyen said the survey provides in-depth data that helps companies enhance their talent attraction and retention strategies.
Anphabe offers employer branding solutions and is a partner for market development for Meta’s Workplace and LinkedIn.
