The Trump Organization has won an approval from local authorities to construct a $3 billion condo project at its Miami resort and golf complex.
The family business of the president-elect Donald Trump will build five 20-story condo towers at the Trump National Doral resort, according to an approval by the Doral City Council, Bloomberg reported.

The resort’s value, estimated at around $350 million, is expected to be boosted with the new tall buildings which offer more detail space.
Eric Trump, the company’s executive vice president, said that it was “incredible” that the project received unanimous support from local authorities.
“We’re building something that everyone will be incredibly proud of,” Trump said.
The Trump Organization first proposed the project in 2022. It is set to have nearly 1,500 residential units, 470 hotel rooms, and 141,700 square feet (13,160 square meters) of commercial space.
Felix Lasarte, the lobbyist for the Trump Organization, said in August that each condo unit will be priced starting from $2 million, according to the Miami Herald.
