Minh Truong, Deputy General Director of Prodezi, shared that the award reinforces the company’s commitment to creating next-generation industrial ecosystems. “Our journey toward realizing Prodezi’s eco-centric industrial park model still holds significant milestones. We thank our partners and investors who have trusted and supported us, and we hope that achievements like this will help attract even more potential clients,” Minh said.
Minh noted that the recognition not only acknowledges the company’s efforts but also serves as an inspiration for other enterprises to adopt sustainable industrial real estate solutions. “This acknowledgment can help accelerate the green transition in the market and enhance national competitiveness in attracting high-quality foreign direct investment (FDI),” he added.

Prodezi’s development strategy centers on eco-centric industrial parks integrated with urban areas, creating balanced spaces for production, community, and the environment. At the heart of this vision is Prodezi Industrial Park (Luong Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province—formerly Long An), a 400-hectare project designed to meet eco-industrial standards under Decree 35/2022/ND-CP, ensuring a balance between economic growth and environmental protection.
Prodezi’s sustainability targets include treating 100% of wastewater to meet standards, recycling at least 25% of it, sourcing at least 20% of total energy from renewable sources, and dedicating no less than 25% of the park’s area to green space and water bodies. These measures position Prodezi ahead of the curve in green industrial development.
Prodezi has partnered with leading international firms, such as Chitose Group (Japan) and TA Vital, to implement advanced biotechnology solutions, including the treatment of sludge into organic fertilizer for green agriculture. This innovative approach reduces chemical dependency, conserves resources, and lowers CO2 emissions, marking a breakthrough in sustainable industrial practices.

Prodezi Industrial Park offers competitive advantages for both domestic and international investors. Its strategic location, high-quality infrastructure, and commitment to sustainable development make it an attractive investment destination. The park’s professional one-stop services, along with attractive incentive policies, provide a comprehensive, efficient, and secure investment solution.
In addition to the industrial park, Prodezi is also developing the adjacent LA Home eco-township, covering 100 hectares. The project is designed with sustainability in mind, with a construction density of only about 30%, leaving ample space for landscaping, waterways, and modern amenities.

A highlight of the LA Home development is a 2.2-hectare central park and a system of seven natural canals preserved as “green lungs” to regulate air quality and create a fresh living environment for each subdivision. The simultaneous development of both Prodezi Industrial Park and LA Home reflects the company’s long-term vision of an integrated urban-industrial ecosystem, where economic growth and quality of life are closely linked, offering an ideal environment for professionals, engineers, and workers.
Minh emphasized that Prodezi will continue to pursue its goal of building a green-smart-sustainable industrial real estate ecosystem. “Prodezi pioneers comprehensive solutions aligned with next-generation FDI attraction strategies, contributing to the nation’s economic development. This is the inevitable path to creating lasting value for investors, communities, and society.”
The Vietnam Outstanding Real Estate Awards 2025 is renowned for its rigorous evaluation process, considering business capacity, project quality, and sustainability commitments (ESG).
In addition to VOPA 2025, Prodezi was earlier named among the Top 50 Sustainable Development Enterprises at the Corporate Sustainability Awards (CSA) 2025 by Nhip Cau Dau Tu magazine, and received the “Enterprise for Sustainable Development 2024” award from Dau Tu newspaper.
