The opening ceremony took place on March 28 at the project site, located at the intersection of Vo Van Kiet Boulevard and the My Phuoc–Tan Van axis in Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. At the event, the developer also announced plans to open bookings for the next sales phase, expected in April, covering towers A1 and A4.
According to the developer, the event is part of its “Phu My Hung 2.0” development orientation, which focuses on product quality, customer experience, and transparency. Attendees included customers from the former Binh Duong area, central districts of Ho Chi Minh City, and various partners and distribution units.

During the initial sales phase on March 14, the project recorded strong demand, with most units reportedly booked within several hours. Bookings reached around 1,500, exceeding the number of available units.
Phu My Hung Harmonie is developed on a site of approximately 2 hectares and comprises five towers – A1 to A5 – named Ivies, Camellia, Lavender, Olive, and Peony, with heights ranging from 32 to 34 floors.
The project offers about 1,490 apartments along with internal amenities. It is developed by Ruby Business Co., Ltd., part of the Phu My Hung ecosystem. Its location near industrial zones such as VSIP 1 and VSIP 2 is expected to support rental demand from professionals working in the area.

The developer said the project is designed to broaden access to housing across different customer segments, including younger buyers, as part of its broader product development strategy.
In terms of unit mix, around 69% are two-bedroom apartments with areas of 66-74 square meters, while approximately 18% are one-bedroom units ranging from 39 to 42 square meters. The remaining units include three-bedroom apartments, ground-floor units, and garden apartments.

The project layout centers on a shared green space, with residential towers positioned along the site perimeter. This design integrates landscaping and water features, while aiming to optimize natural ventilation and lighting.
Amenities include facilities for social activities, sports, and daily needs, designed to be accessible within the development. The project also incorporates a multi-layer security system, with controlled access to functional areas and parking zones.
Phu My Hung Harmonie is located within a planned science and technology urban area in northern Ho Chi Minh City. The site is near a concentrated digital technology zone and connected to major transport routes, including the My Phuoc-Tan Van Expressway and National Highway 13, as well as planned future infrastructure.

Customer feedback at the event reflected varied considerations.
Kim Chi cited the developer’s track record and the area’s infrastructure outlook as key factors in her decision.
Hoang Giang, who works in Binh Duong, said he values the developer’s construction standards and is purchasing for long-term family use.
Anh Duy, working in interior design, visited to assess finishing quality and said the layout and equipment met his expectations, while also considering potential investment opportunities.
At the event, Phu My Hung also signed memoranda of understanding with Vietcombank, BIDV, and VIB to provide financing options. Policies include payment schedules of up to 29 months, 0% interest rates, and principal grace periods until handover in the fourth quarter of 2028 for loans covering up to 30% of unit value.
