The ranking is based on three criteria: financial capacity as reflected in recent financial statements, media credibility measured through press coverage, and surveys of stakeholders and industry participants.
The latest recognition adds to a series of industry rankings in which Nam Long has consistently appeared in recent years.
In terms of business performance, the company reported strong growth momentum, with pre-sales in 2025 reaching approximately VND11.8 trillion (US$448.5 million), more than double the previous year and the highest level in over 30 years of operation. The main contributors to this result were the new units launched from key projects such as Southgate, Izumi City, Mizuki Park, and Nam Long II Central Lake.

According to the company, growth has been driven by the rollout of large-scale integrated urban developments including Waterpoint, Izumi City, Mizuki Park, and Nam Long II Central Lake.
These projects follow a model that combines residential units with infrastructure, services, and community facilities.
Nam Long has also diversified its product portfolio, offering affordable housing under the EHome brand, mid-range Flora products, and higher-end Valora developments to serve different market segments.

Amid a selectively recovering market, the company is focusing on financial control, project development in line with timelines, and maintaining partnerships with foreign partners to share resources.
Over the past year, Nam Long’s social housing model has been recognized as an effective development approach. The Ministry of Construction named Nam Long among the top 18 reputable developers in social housing nationwide. Meanwhile, Chairman Nguyen Xuan Quang was honored by Property Report as “Real Estate Personality of the Year 2025” for his contributions to affordable housing and the development of livable urban areas. The company also ranked among the top two most reputable real estate brands in Vietnam in the Top Ten Vietnam by Vietnam Report ranking and among the top four most valuable real estate brands in Vietnam 2025 (Brand Finance).
At the end of 2025, the company received the ACCA Approved Employer – Professional Development certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). The certification recognizes that the group meets international standards in training, development, and maintaining professional capabilities for its finance and accounting workforce.
Maintaining its position among the top two most reputable real estate companies in 2026, along with positive business results in the previous year, is seen as a foundation for Nam Long to sustain its market position and prepare for a new growth cycle.
The Vietnam Report ranking has been published annually since 2016. Vietnam Report conducts coding of articles about companies published in influential Vietnamese media outlets. This process evaluates 24 aspects of corporate performance, from products and business results to market presence, operations, and leadership reputation.
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place in April in Ho Chi Minh City.
