Presented annually by HR Asia magazine, the award honours firms with exemplary human resources (HR) strategies, robust talent growth initiatives, and a supportive workplace culture. This year’s offering drew participation from more than 600 businesses in Vietnam, highlighting the growing emphasis on fostering diverse, inclusive, and high-performing work environments.
Following a rigorous evaluation process, including employee surveys and in-depth interviews between the company’s leadership and an expert judging panel, Japfa Vietnam stood out with exceptional scores in the Total Engagement Assessment Model, or T.E.A.M., framework.

According to Tuan, over 60 per cent of Japfa’s workforce has been with the company for more than five years, reflecting its strong appeal and stable working environment, where workforce turnover is typically high.
