Tran Thanh Phong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nam Long Group, highlighted that the launch of An Zen Residences reflects Nam Long ADC’s renewed efforts to provide affordable housing to the market.
Phong said the project aligns with Nam Long Group’s vision of creating valuable environments and products for the community. The project will introduce 887 EHome apartments, the first of their kind in northern Vietnam, following the successful handover of five EHome projects with over 8,500 units in southern Vietnam.

Phong emphasized that An Zen Residences demonstrates Nam Long ADC’s commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible housing, especially as the market faces a shortage of affordable homes that meet the needs of the majority.
Located in An Hai Ward, a key area once serving as the southern gateway of old Hai Phong and now part of the city’s new center, An Zen Residences sits on a prime riverside site on Trang Quan Street, where the Lach Tray and Tam Bac rivers merge. Just 5 km from the city’s economic and administrative core and within 10 km of major industrial zones, the project offers excellent connectivity via the Hai Phong–Hanoi Expressway. Surrounded by emerging residential developments, including Nam Long ADC’s upcoming EHome project, the area is poised to become a modern urban hub and an ideal living destination for young professionals and families.
The EHome brand, known for its affordability and accessibility, is recognized for its social value, aligning with the essential needs of stable living and long-term settlement for the majority of Vietnamese people. Developed based on the 3E criteria—Economy (cost-saving, reasonably priced units with optimized layouts), Efficiency (smart design and modern amenities), and Ecology (promoting a sustainable lifestyle)—the project is tailored to meet the specific needs of the local community, offering a balanced and accessible housing solution for young urban families.
