The company’s production process – from raw material intake and storage to assembly and packaging – is automated using modern robotics systems, enhancing productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

– Infor WMS (Smart Warehouse Management System): Optimizes logistics, storage, picking, packing, and shipping through IoT and QR code technologies. The system allows real-time inventory tracking and process automation to increase operational efficiency.
– Diginet HRM (Human Resources Management System): Facilitates effective HR management, recognizes employee contributions, and encourages development and innovation. Tools for performance evaluation, goal setting, and feedback support employee engagement and talent growth.
– Getfly CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Helps manage customer interactions, ensuring professional and optimized customer experiences from initial engagement through after-sales services, promoting long-term customer relationships.

– Cmobile Solution: Streamlines production management, quality control, and equipment maintenance directly from mobile devices, integrating in real-time with ERP systems.

A significant milestone in MPE’s sustainability efforts is the launch of the MPE Smart Factory, certified LEED Gold V4 by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
The factory operates under strict environmental and energy-saving standards. A rooftop solar system generating up to 3 MWp powers all production activities, significantly reducing operating costs and cutting annual carbon emissions by approximately 3,556 tons of CO2.
A rainwater harvesting and drip irrigation system, combined with water-saving sanitary equipment, helps decrease water consumption by over 45%, preserving natural resources.
The factory features glass systems providing 65% natural lighting and active ventilation systems increasing airflow by 30%, creating a more comfortable working environment.
Additionally, 100% LED lighting is used to enhance lighting performance and reduce energy consumption.
Established 25 years ago, MPE aims to build a resilient and sustainable business, investing in four key product categories: electrical equipment, lighting equipment, smart electrical devices, and renewable energy—areas with considerable market potential.
