Recognizing this, Eurorack, with over 15 years of expertise in warehousing solutions, has introduced the Eurorack WiFi Shuttle Robot (the successor to the Robot Eurorack Radio Shuttle), a next-generation automated racking system (Automated Warehouse, Smart Warehouse, Eurorack Orbiter). The shuttle minimizes collision risks by ensuring forklifts remain at the rack entry point, increasing storage density by up to 2.4 times compared to traditional racking, all with a lower capital investment.

The system offers two flexible modes: FIFO (First In, First Out), which is ideal for perishable goods requiring rapid turnover, and LIFO (Last In, First Out), which optimizes rack depth and minimizes travel distance.

The Eurorack WiFi Shuttle offers several key advantages:

– Maximized Storage Utilization: With only a single aisle required for operation, storage capacity can increase by over 2.4 times without the need for warehouse expansion. This is especially valuable as land and rental costs continue to rise.

– Reduced Operating Costs: By minimizing the need for forklifts and manual labor, businesses can significantly lower management expenses. In cold storage areas, efficient use of storage space helps cool items faster, reduces heat loss, and lowers energy consumption by refrigeration systems.

– Accurate Inventory Control: The system integrates FIFO/LIFO with warehouse management software (WMS), ensuring seamless expiry-date control, traceability, and error-free stocktaking.

– Enhanced Workplace Safety: By eliminating the need for forklifts to navigate deep aisles, staff no longer need to work in confined spaces. This reduction in potential hazards leads to fewer accidents, fostering a safer and more professional work environment.
