The recognition comes as Vietnamese employees place increasing emphasis on workplace conditions, professional development, and their ability to adapt to technological change.
A 2025 employment survey by Coc Coc Research and Viec Lam 24 found that 76.9% of Vietnamese employees were willing to trade part of their income for a healthier work environment. Stability, psychological safety, and a positive workplace were among the factors influencing employee satisfaction and retention.
The survey also found that more than 80% of employees were using AI in their work. However, many expressed concerns about job displacement and the pressure to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies, while expecting employers to provide AI and digital upskilling opportunities.
Against this backdrop, attracting and retaining talent increasingly requires businesses to create workplaces where employees can develop new capabilities, contribute to business objectives, and adapt alongside organizational change.
Building workforce capabilities
