The certification highlights TechX’s capabilities in supporting Vietnamese businesses to effectively adopt AWS cloud solutions for improving operational efficiency and advancing digital transformation.
As one of the early recipients of this competency in Vietnam, TechX has demonstrated technical proficiency and operational expertise in helping organizations manage workloads, control costs, and improve cloud performance. The recognition marks a step forward in the company’s efforts to assist businesses in building secure, scalable, and sustainable systems on the AWS platform.
The AWS Cloud Operations Competency is one of AWS’s advanced certifications, awarded to partners that meet high standards of technical skill and practical experience in cloud infrastructure management.
TechX underwent a third-party audit conducted by ISSI and successfully met AWS’s criteria across five core areas of cloud operations. These include cloud governance, which involves maintaining policies and tools for a secure and scalable environment; cloud financial management, aimed at optimizing spending and improving budget control; and monitoring and observability, which focuses on analyzing operational data and resolving incidents promptly.
The evaluation also covered compliance and auditing to ensure systems adhere to security standards and regulations, as well as operations management to automate processes, enhance system performance, and improve the reliability of AWS operations.

TechX said the certification reflects its efforts to help businesses design, manage, and optimize their AWS-based cloud environments, focusing on performance, cost efficiency, and security.

TechX’s new certification strengthens its position within the AWS partner network in Vietnam and is expected to facilitate further partnerships with businesses looking to improve the efficiency and security of their cloud operations.
The company plans to continue investing in areas such as generative AI (GenAI), automation, and advanced data and analytics to help businesses streamline operations and explore growth opportunities on the AWS platform.
