“The core value of the Vedan brand is that it is our pleasure to make food delicious. All future products will adhere to this core value as we continue to launch a variety of offerings, whether in seasonings or frozen foods,” a Vedan representative stated.
In developing its frozen food line, Vedan collaborated with renowned Taiwanese chef Chia-Mo Chen, recognized as one of Taiwan’s top four culinary masters, to provide guidance in R&D.
One standout product is Vedan Sichuan Sauerkraut Fish, which combines internationally acclaimed cuisine with local Vietnamese ingredients such as pepper, Sichuan peppercorn, and rice noodles.
Another upcoming item is Vedan Lion Head Crab Meat Balls, a signature dish that merges the essence of both seafood and meat.

The exhibition also featured the popular Vedan Golden Fish Balls, initially launched with a salted egg yolk filling, now available in two new flavors: cheese and mushroom-and-pork. These additions offer a multi-layered flavor experience.
Other showcased international-style frozen dishes included Japanese Takoyaki, Korean Chijimi, and Taiwanese Moon Cuttle Shrimp Cake, all carefully prepared using local Vietnamese aquatic products and ingredients.

Beyond seafood, Vedan continues to broaden its frozen food portfolio with value-added meat products and ready-to-eat meals. The Vedan Taiwanese Sausage has been successfully launched across various markets and promotion channels, receiving positive feedback.
Vedan has also introduced Taiwanese-style crispy fried chicken to the Vietnamese market. After refinement, the dish is now officially available, offering a unique Taiwanese touch: fried basil as an accompaniment, delivering a flavor profile that captures the authentic night-market experience.
