The agent, Rayne Chua, is switching to a different agency, ERA, along with her team, The Business Times reported on Wednesday.
Her team was said to comprises over 80 agents as of October, though it remains uncertain how many will follow her.
Chua explained that she was looking for an organization that “genuinely invests in people.”
She was said to be “instrumental” in helping KW Singapore, a franchise of U.S.-based real estate agency Keller Williams, secure projects from property developers.
Founded last year by Lim, who serves as its operating principal, the franchise runs separately from PLB.
Chua’s exit, which is being finalized, comes after the franchise’s announcement last Thursday that Lim had “stepped back from his duties” at the firm.
Lim had earlier made headlines in Singapore following speculation about an extramarital affair between him and Grayce Tan, both of whom were then executives at PLB and KW Singapore.

Lim is best known for his home tour videos, which often attract more than 20,000 views. He co-founded PLB in 2017 and served as its CEO. Tan, an influencer with more than 190,000 Instagram followers under the handle @babygrayce, was previously PLB’s vice president for strategy and KW Singapore’s director of growth.
The topic first surfaced on Reddit, where users pointed to a video that appeared to capture moaning from an office unit and later showed a pair resembling Lim and Tan leaving that unit together. It then quickly spiraled into a media frenzy, according to EdgeProp Singapore.
Public response was divided, with some expressing moral outrage and sympathy for Lim and Tan’s families while others criticized their alleged workplace conduct. Many treated the saga as entertainment and chimed in with memes, mockery, and gleeful commentary.
In the fallout from the allegations, the pair has stepped down from their roles at PLB, with the agency confirming their resignations last Wednesday.
“We are in the midst of reinforcing our workplace conduct policies and governance processes to reaffirm clear professional boundaries and standards across the organisation,” PLB said, though it refused to comment on the alleged affair.
KW Singapore’s announcement last Thursday also said Tan was no longer part of its leadership team with immediate effect, as reported by AsiaOne.
“These measures are intended to reinforce accountability, safeguard realtor businesses, and ensure the organisation continues to operate in accordance with high professional standards,” the franchise added.
