A nearly 90-square-meter two-bedroom apartment at The Panoma Tower, part of Sun Cosmo Residence near Tran Thi Ly Bridge, which was handed over about six months ago, is currently being leased for VND42 million ($1,597) per month.
Chau Ngo, a Vietnamese expatriate renting the apartment, said international tenants look beyond location and pay close attention to amenities and the surrounding residential community.
“We are willing to pay 20-30% more for peace of mind and a civilized, high-quality living environment,” he said.
