According to Znews, South Korean online community Daum reported that Won Bin and his wife, actress Lee Na Young, purchased the property in 2018.
This is not Won Bin’s only real estate asset. He also owns a building in Seoul’s Samseong-dong worth 6.9 billion won and another property in Seongsu-dong currently valued at 9.5 billion won. The total value of his real estate holdings is estimated to exceed 59.6 billion won, making him one of South Korea’s most successful celebrity real estate investors.
Lee also contributes to the couple’s wealth. As a shareholder in a real estate management company, she plays an active role in managing commercial rental properties, providing a steady source of income for the couple.
Born Kim Do Jin, 48-year-old Won Bin made his acting debut in 1997. He quickly gained fame with the 2000 drama “Autumn in My Heart” and solidified his career with the 2010 film “The Man From Nowhere,” which sold over 6.2 million tickets in South Korea.
Throughout his 28-year career, Won Bin has appeared in just six films and eight TV dramas, with “The Man From Nowhere” being his most recent project. He has reportedly turned down numerous roles in favor of choosing only quality work.
Won Bin married Lee, 46, in 2015 after two years of dating. The couple welcomed their first son in Dec. 2015 and has maintained a low profile, rarely appearing in public.
