Setia Edenia helps energize HCMC property market in Q4 2025

Located in the recently launched EcoXuan township, Setia Edenia offers a framework built on three core pillars: prosperity, connectivity, and serenity, aligning with S P Setia’s vision for a “true-value” standard of living. The “Elevating to Prosperity” event, held on Oct. 27, 2025, attracted 1,400 sales professionals from 12 agencies and partner alliances.

At the event, developer S P Setia and strategic partner Kansas Capital unveiled several key policies: phased sales releases, flexible payment incentives, interest-rate support, principal grace aligned with construction timelines, early reservation gifts for customers, and structured reward and training programs for the sales team.

Setia Edenia is located along National Route 13, benefiting from Lai Thieu’s trade flows, connectivity, and the area’s accelerating urbanization. The development was co-created by S P Setia in collaboration with two architectural firms: Singapore’s Ong & Ong and Vietnam’s Vertical Studio.

Each apartment at Setia Edenia is designed with a limited built-up area of just 40%, ensuring fresh breezes and natural light throughout the residences. The development also boasts a central landscape axis, an infinity pool, and over 39 resort-style amenities.
