At the event, developer S P Setia and strategic partner Kansas Capital unveiled several key policies: phased sales releases, flexible payment incentives, interest-rate support, principal grace aligned with construction timelines, early reservation gifts for customers, and structured reward and training programs for the sales team.

The development was co-created by S P Setia in collaboration with two architectural firms: Singapore’s Ong & Ong and Vietnam’s Vertical Studio.
Each apartment at Setia Edenia is designed with a limited built-up area of just 40%, ensuring fresh breezes and natural light throughout the residences. The development also boasts a central landscape axis, an infinity pool, and over 39 resort-style amenities.
According to a representative from Kansas Capital, “Elevating to Prosperity” is about more than just value growth; it aims to elevate residents’ quality of life. “With a long-term vision, Setia Edenia is not just a place to live; it cultivates a lifestyle based on responsibility, nature, privacy, and overall well-being. With a complete legal framework, a construction permit submitted in June 2025, and handover expected in Q4 2027, Setia Edenia offers strong assurances to customers.
