Andre Lim, General Director of Vietsin Commercial Complex Development Joint Stock Company (VCCD)—the developer of SC VivoCity—emphasized the mall’s commitment to sustainability as a core value of its development strategy. “Receiving the LEED Gold certification is a testament to our ongoing efforts to optimize operations, maintain resource efficiency, and contribute to sustainable development,” he said.
Lim also reaffirmed VCCD’s dedication to Vietnam’s green transformation strategy and the nation’s goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
