Organized annually by Nhip Cau Dau Tu magazine since 2022, the CSA honors businesses with strategic ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks that demonstrate measurable environmental and societal impact. Prodezi’s recognition reflects its commitment to developing an eco-industrial park model that balances industrial growth with environmental and social responsibility.
“Being named among the Top 50 Sustainable Businesses is a meaningful milestone for Prodezi,” said Minh Truong, Deputy Managing Director of Prodezi Long An. “This achievement is not ours alone—it is the result of collaboration with trusted global partners such as CHITOSE and TA Vital. It affirms our long-term direction: building an industrial park rooted in ecological principles, where sustainability is embedded from planning to operations.”
Minh emphasized that modern industrial infrastructure must be developed in tandem with environmental and community responsibilities. Prodezi aims to create a transparent, efficient investment environment—one that supports business performance, enhances worker well-being, and drives long-term ecological value.
“This is how we contribute to Vietnam’s green growth ambitions and its broader path toward sustainable economic development,” Minh added.

As part of its long-term sustainability strategy, Prodezi has introduced several forward-looking initiatives. One notable effort is its partnership with Japan’s Chitose Group, a biotechnology and sustainability leader, to implement advanced microbial composting technology that converts at least 80% of sludge and biomass into nutrient-rich organic fertilizer within the industrial park.
Unlike conventional methods involving incineration or chemicals, this composting system uses specialized microbes to naturally decompose waste, significantly cutting CO2 emissions and disposal costs. Its barrel-shaped design, equipped with real-time monitoring, also promotes transparency by allowing stakeholders to observe the composting process and witness circular economy practices in action.
In its first phase, the system is expected to process about six tons of sludge monthly, with plans to scale up to 33 tons per month. At full capacity, it could generate up to 340 tons of compost annually, enough to fertilize 17 hectares of farmland.
“At Chitose, we support the shift from fossil-based to biomass-based circular economies. Our collaboration with Prodezi Long An puts this mission into practice,” said Dr. Tomohiro Fujita, founder of Chitose Group and CEO of Chitose Bio Evolution Pte. Ltd. “We aim to deploy our aerobic barrel composters, proven effective in Japan, to transform wastewater sludge into valuable compost. Once validated, we plan to scale the system across all Prodezi sites.”
Located in Luong Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh (formerly Long An), the Prodezi Industrial Park spans 400 hectares and is strategically positioned to connect Ho Chi Minh City with the Mekong Delta. Designed as an integrated ecosystem, the park aligns environmental, social, and economic goals from master planning to day-to-day operations.
Prodezi’s eco-industrial model incorporates circular economy practices and international low-emission standards throughout the project lifecycle. The company is also working with global sustainability partners to optimize resource use and minimize environmental impact.
As Vietnam positions itself as a regional leader in green manufacturing, sustainable industrial infrastructure will be key to supporting this transition.
“With long-term investment and a strong focus on sustainability, Prodezi’s model meets the expectations of global investors,” the company stated. “Being named one of the Top 50 Sustainable Businesses is not only a mark of recognition, it’s a call to action: to help reshape Vietnam’s industrial landscape into one that is greener, more intelligent, and future-ready.”
Founded in April 2016 by a consortium of experienced shareholders, Prodezi Long An Corporation began with VND300 billion in charter capital. As of February 2022, this has increased to VND1,500 billion.
The company specializes in real estate development, with major projects including the 400-ha Prodezi Industrial Park (total investment: over VND4,600 billion) and the 100-ha LA Home urban township, launched in early 2024. It has also expanded into passenger transport and construction infrastructure through two subsidiaries: Libertas Consult Co., Ltd. and Song Ngan Investment & Development JSC.
