Built on a land plot of more than 2,370 sq.m, The Sculptura rises 12 stories and is among the few premium-class projects unveiled by the developer in 2025. In 2024, Phu My Hung introduced only two other projects: The Aurora (March 2024) and Phu My Hung L’Arcade (May 2024). According to the developer, under the “Phu My Hung 2.0” strategy, around 15% of the remaining residential land in the township is reserved for luxury and super-luxury products.
Located on Ha Huy Tap Street, at Hillview District, a low-density area where 60% of the land is dedicated to low-rise housing, The Sculptura enjoys a prime position. To the south, it faces the Phu Gia villa compound, while to the north, it borders the 3,500-square-meter H14 Park, being renovated in sync with the project’s construction. Within a one-kilometer radius, residents have access to amenities such as Crescent Lake, Starlight Bridge, Saigon South School, Dinh Thien Ly School, SSIS, and other landmark developments.

Designed by Singapore-based DP Architects, known for projects like Dubai Mall, Resorts World Sentosa, and Esplanade, The Sculptura meets premium apartment standards. About 83% of the units are three-bedroom apartments ranging from 109 to 127 sq.m, 10% are two-bedroom units (84 sq.m), and select top-floor units span 182–226 sq.m. Interior finishes are sourced from renowned European brands such as Gessi and Villeroy & Boch…
Explaining the product configuration, a Phu My Hung representative said the project targets high-end homeowners who seek a spacious and refined living environment. “This group values privacy, low population density, and a harmonious community. They expect generous space for family functions and personal activities,” the representative added.
The development offers resort-style facilities, including an infinity pool, BBQ area, jacuzzi, gym, yoga room, sauna, and children’s play zone. Residents will also enjoy direct access to the adjacent H14 Park and the comprehensive ecosystem of shopping, entertainment, and healthcare amenities across the township.

As the first mid-rise project of the Phu My Hung 2.0 era, The Sculptura reflects the developer’s effort to elevate the township’s landscape, synchronize infrastructure, and upgrade facilities. It will be developed alongside several large-scale projects, such as the Phu My Hung Art Center, renovation of Crescent Lake, the 1,000-bed Tam Anh General Hospital, and a five-star hotel and retail complex.
“After 32 years of development, Phu My Hung has become a symbol of modernity and transformation in southern Ho Chi Minh City,” said Bui Duy Toan, Director of Sales and Marketing Division at Phu My Hung Corporation. “The Sculptura is like a green gem of the Scenic Valley area, an essential piece completing the vision of Phu My Hung 2.0. Each project brings new experiences and lifestyles worthy of our elite community.”

Among the attendees, Thu Oanh, 65, a resident of the Midtown complex, shared her impression: “The Sculptura stands out for its exclusivity and privacy. The developer’s reputation gives me confidence in their commitment to quality and timely delivery. I’m considering buying an apartment here for my son because I truly enjoy living in Phu My Hung.”
Phu My Hung plans to officially open sales for The Sculptura in November 2025.
