According to Dimsum Daily, the luxury penthouse is located in the prestigious Lion Rock development at Aquila Square Mile and was priced at HK$22.88 million. It boasts a 697 square-foot living space and additional outdoor areas, including a 213-square-foot terrace and a 106-square-foot platform. This establishes the property as holding the record for the highest transaction value per square foot within the project at HK$32,826.
Initially drawn to the property’s panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, Chan ultimately withdrew from the purchase following a two-year commitment to the property deal.
Chan, 35, began her career in the entertainment industry as a model in 2007 before transitioning to acting with her debut in 2008.
She quickly rose to fame following her acclaimed performance in the 2012 film “Vulgaria,” which won her the Best Supporting Actress at the Hong Kong Film Awards and a nomination at the Golden Horse Film Festival and Award.
