Copper Beech, a firm renowned for managing some of the world’s most discreet and luxurious properties in London and New York, is introducing a new approach to luxury property management in Vietnam. This operational model is now being applied to the 68 Sky Villas and Sky Mansions at Haus Da Lat.
From prestigious developments like The Knightsbridge and One Hyde Park in London to 15 Hudson Yards and Aman New York Residences, true luxury has come to mean more than location and amenities—it encompasses deeply personalized services and refined operations designed to protect privacy and elevate lifestyle.

Haus Residences, located within the Haus Da Lat complex and facing Xuan Huong Lake, is the first project in Vietnam to be operated under the consultation of Copper Beech. Known for serving royalty and billionaires, Copper Beech aims to establish a new standard of residential living in Vietnam through a service ecosystem designed for exclusivity and personalization.
According to Matt Hobbs, who has helped shape private club operations at institutions such as Soho House, Annabel’s, and 6 Grosvenor Place, Vietnam’s luxury real estate sector is expanding rapidly. However, he noted that a fully integrated service experience that anticipates and responds seamlessly to residents’ needs is still rare.
Drawing from private club standards, Copper Beech is implementing a bespoke concierge model at Haus Residences. Each concierge serves not just as a support staff member but as a lifestyle curator, trained to deliver service in line with international expectations.

“Residents don’t require constant attention—they need timely, discreet service,” Hobbs said. “That’s why we replaced the conventional reception area with a private concierge system that only appears when needed. Every household has its own concierge team that manages requests, preferences, and service histories while maintaining absolute privacy.”
At Haus Residences, the lobby is free of reception desks, public traffic, or waiting lines. Instead, it functions as an extension of the home—quiet, elegant, and reserved solely for residents and their guests.
Copper Beech’s operational model is not a copy-paste from London or New York. Instead, the firm emphasizes listening to residents and customizing service delivery to the local context, blending global luxury standards with a personal touch.
Every detail is handled proactively. From adjusting the temperature and lighting to stocking the refrigerator with preferred items or arranging fresh flowers with a familiar aesthetic, the concierge team ensures the home is always ready without needing to be asked.

Haus Residences also integrates smart technology, allowing homeowners to manage their property, request services, and communicate with their concierge via a dedicated app. While technology supports convenience, it is the quality of personalized service that defines the experience.
Preferences are recorded and fulfilled proactively—whether it’s matching cleaning schedules to routines, assigning landscape staff based on individual tastes, or coordinating Montessori childcare and elderly care with certified professionals—all delivered with discretion and precision.
In addition to premium in-residence service, residents gain access to a curated global private club network operated by Copper Beech, unlocking unique experiences designed for an exclusive few.
A simple meal can be transformed into a fine dining event, with Michelin-starred chefs from Tokyo or New York preparing custom menus, and sommeliers sourcing rare vintages from Burgundy’s historic cellars. Residents may enjoy evenings enhanced by performances from world-class musicians or exhibitions from acclaimed contemporary artists.
