In late May, Hanoi authorities granted approvals for Sun City, an associated company of tourism giant Sun Group, to develop the project. The company has a charter capital of VND3.27 trillion.
Pearl Theater is one of eight key projects selected by the Hanoi People’s Committee to commemorate the 71st anniversary of the capital’s liberation in October.
Several other major projects slated to start next month include Thuong Cat Bridge, the second component of Tran Hung Dao Bridge, Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School, a new Hanoi Kidney Hospital campus, an underpass at Co Linh Junction, and parks along both banks of the To Lich River.
