The store, located at 23–25 Hai Ba Trung Street in Ben Nghe Ward, officially opened on Nov. 21. According to the company’s board of directors, the launch coincided with Habanos Specialist’s sixth anniversary in Vietnam and marks a milestone in its nationwide expansion strategy.
The three-story flagship features retail and hospitality spaces. The ground floor and first floor are dedicated to product displays, while the upper floor houses a lounge serving drinks and Cuban-inspired cuisine.
The store is positioned as a destination for high-end gifting and includes a dedicated area for S.T. Dupont products, such as lighters, writing instruments, and leather goods. According to the company, consultants provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and gifting purposes.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from partner organizations and industry stakeholders, including Sami Alrayhani, Director of Avanti-Group; Thuy Kot, General Director of Golden Phoenix Vietnam; Daria Spitsyna, Business Development Director of Avanti-Group; Sam Rehani, General Director of Flor de Castillo; and, along with representatives from PCC and other local and international partners.

In addition to retail functions, the store includes a second-floor lounge overlooking downtown Ho Chi Minh City. With a capacity of around 40 guests, the space is designed to host small gatherings, private functions, and networking events. The lounge offers light refreshments and beverages.

Habanos Specialist also opened another flagship store in Nha Trang on Dec. 21, located on the ground floor of the Ariyana Nha Trang Hotel at 18 Tran Hung Dao Street. The company said the coastal location is intended to combine retail with a relaxed environment catering to both residents and tourists.

Golden Phoenix Vietnam currently operates 12 stores nationwide, including Habanos Specialist, La Casa del Habano, and S.T. Dupont outlets in Ho Chi Minh City. The company said it plans to further expand the Habanos Specialist concept to major cities across Vietnam.
