By adopting advanced technologies, the company is contributing to Vietnam’s broader goals of building a modern, inclusive, and patient-centered healthcare system.
As Vietnam accelerates its digital transformation, healthcare has been identified as a key priority. The Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW sets out a vision for a digital-first healthcare infrastructure that delivers high-quality, cost-effective, and widely accessible services.
Aligned with the principle of “digital transformation to enhance customer experience,” FPT Long Chau has invested in technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data. These tools have helped the company refine its services while maintaining high standards of data security, a critical factor in the healthcare sector.

The FPT Long Chau mobile app has become one of Vietnam’s most widely used digital health platforms, recording over 5.5 million downloads and processing 2.9 million orders in 2024. AI-powered features such as smart prescription scanning and medication reminders—with an accuracy rate of 98%—have supported better treatment adherence and patient outcomes. Its digital vaccination record, used by more than 150,000 people with 65% linking family accounts, has improved immunization compliance by 20% and reduced errors by 98%.
A notable development in 2024 was FPT Long Chau’s collaboration with the RAR Center under the Ministry of Public Security to integrate electronic identity verification through VNeID. Since January 1, Vietnamese citizens have been able to purchase medications online using VNeID, enhancing security and privacy in pharmaceutical transactions. This integration extends beyond authentication, becoming part of the National Digital Health Record and allowing users to manage their personal health data efficiently.
