In 2024, Citi’s Corporate Banking team served as joint coordinator and joint arranger for a US$521.5 million financing package for PV Power’s Nhon Trach 3 and 4 LNG power projects. This marks the largest corporate financing for a state-owned enterprise in Vietnam without a Ministry of Finance guarantee, and also the longest tenor and most cost-effective deal achieved through a hybrid structure.

Citi’s Commercial Bank continued to back mid-sized firms, leading several notable transactions. Among them was the provision of working capital and social finance term loans to an Indian coffee processing company, enabling it to source beans directly from farmers and support local communities.
Additionally, Citi arranged a green trade finance facility for a leading manufacturer in the recycled wastepaper sector, helping the company strengthen its sustainable business practices.
