Chicilon Media has received official approval to provide telecommunications services in accordance with the Telecommunications Law and Government Decree No. 133/2025/ND-CP, becoming one of the first advertising and communications enterprises in Vietnam to achieve this milestone.

A company representative said the approval confirms Chicilon Media has fully met the legal requirements to deliver nationwide IoT and smart communications services, including smart screens, image recognition, data collection and processing, smart devices, sensor networks, and environmental monitoring.
“This is an important step that not only reinforces Chicilon Media’s leading position in smart advertising and digital communications, but also sets a new benchmark for compliance and innovation in Vietnam’s advertising-communications industry,” the representative noted.
The company will gradually roll out smart screens nationwide with integrated 4G connectivity and camera systems, while pursuing three strategic directions. First, it will operate its own communications network and provide technology services and solutions to other advertising enterprises, thereby enhancing advertising effectiveness and customer service across the industry. Second, Chicilon Media will encourage the advertising sector to actively contribute to Vietnam’s digital economy, guided by legality, safety, and transparency. Third, it will promote out-of-home (OOH) advertising as a vital component of digital urban infrastructure, supporting government and society in building smart cities.
