Son will assume full responsibility for the company’s daily operations, marking a significant leadership transition as Chicilon Media enters a new phase of restructuring and growth.
“As the founder, I have been with Chicilon Media from the beginning, and today, I pass the CEO role to a person I trust completely—Le Viet Hai Son,” said Guo. “This is not a farewell but a shift in roles as I continue to contribute to the company’s development.”
Guo will remain as Chairman of the Board, focusing on strategy, investment governance, and international expansion, particularly in ASEAN markets. He will also oversee initiatives related to AI-powered advertising, global media platforms, and the integration of advertising industry resources.

Son is recognized for his strategic leadership and practical experience. With a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and customer service models, his appointment reflects both his capabilities and the company’s strategic direction.
“I understand this is more than a position; it is a mission,” said Son. “Chicilon Media is at the beginning of a new growth cycle, and I look forward to leading our team toward the industry’s highest achievements.”
Sources indicate that the leadership transition has been planned by Guo since late 2024 as part of the company’s organizational transformation. In the next phase, Guo will focus on developing the Chicilon Media 2.0 ecosystem, integrating advertising, data, and media, and overseeing projects like AI-driven outdoor advertising and the AdHub global media platform.
This transition marks a shift from a founder-led model to a self-operating organization, offering the company greater growth opportunities and enhanced capital mobilization.

Industry experts note that this change signals Chicilon Media’s progression from its startup phase into a period of structured growth. The founder’s decision to step back from day-to-day operations to focus on strategic expansion sets the stage for the next generation of leadership.
The new executive team, with strong capabilities in execution and market operations, is poised to lead Chicilon into a new era, particularly as AI, data, and 5G technologies continue to shape the industry.
At the ceremony’s conclusion, Guo emphasized the importance of the transition: “I am not stepping back, but making way for the future. Son is not a replacement; he is the torchbearer. The story of Chicilon Media is only just beginning.”
