CapitaLand Development (CLD) Vietnam was named Best Sustainable Developer (Asia) at the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (APA) Grand Final 2025, held on Dec. 12.
The company also received five additional awards at the event, marking the fourth year CLD Vietnam has been recognized at the regional property awards.

CLD Vietnam was recognized for its approach to sustainability as well as for several completed and ongoing developments. Orchard Mansion, the latest phase of the Sycamore master development in Ho Chi Minh City, co-developed with United Overseas Australia (UOA), received the Best Housing/Landed Development (Asia) award.
Other phases of the Sycamore development, including The Orchard and Orchard Grand, along with The Fullton in Hung Yen Province in the Greater Hanoi area, co-developed with Far East Organization, also received awards. These included Best Completed Housing/Landed Development (Asia), Best High-End Condo Development (Asia), Best Luxury Housing/Landed Development (Asia), and Best Housing/Landed Landscape Design (Asia).

Tan Wee Hsien, CEO of CLD Vietnam and International, said sustainability plays a central role in the company’s development strategy and influences design and construction decisions across projects. He said the awards reflect CLD’s focus on innovation, quality, and environmental considerations in its developments.
