The honors—spanning design, sustainability, and community impact—underscore CLD’s continued contribution to shaping Vietnam’s urban landscape through quality and innovation.
Among the notable accolades were the Best Sustainable Developer, the inaugural People’s Choice Award, and the Social Impact Award, recognizing CLD’s consistent focus on long-term environmental and social value.
Orchard Mansion at Sycamore in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), co-developed with United Overseas Australia (UOA), was named Best Housing Development (Vietnam), while other Sycamore phases and The Fullton in Hung Yen Province, co-developed with Far East Organization, also received top honors. Together, the wins reflect CLD’s integrated approach to sustainable urban transformation across Vietnam.

CLD’s continued success as Best Sustainable Developer for the fourth consecutive year, alongside the Social Impact Award, highlights its leadership in responsible growth. To date, 14 CLD projects in Vietnam have achieved international green certifications including BCA Green Mark, EDGE, LEED, and WELL.
Beyond its developments, CLD has made meaningful social contributions through the CapitaLand Hope Foundation, the philanthropic arm of CapitaLand Group. Since 2007, the foundation has supported over 19,000 children and youth through education programs, school refurbishments, and community initiatives such as My Schoolbag and the Nutrition Project, contributing more than 26,000 volunteer hours from staff.
CLD’s recognition with the People’s Choice Award, decided by public vote, further cements its standing as one of Vietnam’s most trusted and admired real estate developers—balancing business success with sustainability and social progress.
