To uphold high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability, ATAD operates a Smart Factory model and applies digital platforms such as 3D BIM, Tekla Structures, and Lean Manufacturing to optimize design, control schedules, and enhance precision at every stage. In parallel, ATAD implements industrial energy-management measures and environmentally responsible operating practices, helping reduce emissions and improve resource efficiency across the entire fabrication–installation chain.
ATAD operates one of Vietnam’s first LEED Gold-certified steel structure factories, supported by a full suite of international certifications – including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IAS AC472, CE Marking, AISC, ASME, CWB, and UKCA – meeting export requirements for high-standard markets such as the United States, the EU, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
At the same time, ATAD has developed a modern production model integrating automation and robotic welding systems with digital management platforms across the entire design–fabrication–installation sequence. The deployment of SAP ERP, SPM, and real-time monitoring systems standardizes processes, enhances operational efficiency, and reinforces strict quality control. ATAD’s digital transformation has significantly strengthened execution capability, shortened manufacturing lead times, and reduced production errors, supporting the delivery of large-scale and complex projects.
