CodLUCK Technology has announced the launch of a specialized technical support service for Pleasanter users, starting in December 2024, with a focus on Southeast Asian markets. In collaboration with Implem Inc., the owner of Pleasanter, CodLUCK has been authorized to promote and deploy Pleasanter services in the Southeast Asian market.

Customers who choose a service package are provided with an account in the Pleasanter support system, where their support requests are promptly managed by a dedicated team.
