The company recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Office of SOS Children’s Villages Vietnam, solidifying its long-term efforts to help children develop essential life skills, build confidence, and create a stable future.

Since 2022, Shinhan Life Vietnam has actively contributed to SOS Children’s Villages in Hanoi, Da Nang, HCMC, and Ben Tre through a variety of initiatives. These include funding renovations for multi-purpose rooms and playgrounds, providing computers and community medicine cabinets, and organizing personal development programs.
Additionally, the company collaborates on educational and career programs aimed at helping young people discover their personal values, develop self-leadership potential, and build a strong foundation for their future.
Bae Seung Jun, General Director of Shinhan Life Vietnam, emphasized the company’s dedication to sustainable development for future generations.
“One of our key initiatives is our collaboration with SOS Children’s Villages Vietnam, focusing on programs that foster critical thinking, build self-confidence, and empower young individuals to become responsible and contributing members of society,” Bae said.
“We hope that these meaningful efforts will continue to expand, reaching even more SOS Children’s Villages in the near future,” he added.

At the signing ceremony, Le Minh Giang, National Director of SOS Children’s Villages Vietnam, shared that for over 35 years, the organization has helped thousands of orphaned children grow up to lead independent lives.
To sustain this work, support from international organizations, government agencies, social organizations, and businesses plays a vital role.
“Shinhan Life Vietnam is recognized for its strong commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development. I hope both sides will continue to introduce new initiatives and implement practical activities to support more children facing difficult circumstances at SOS Children’s Villages Vietnam,” Giang said.
Guided by the slogan “Bring Wonders to Life” and the mission “A Better World Through Finance,” Shinhan Life Vietnam remains dedicated to inclusive and impactful community initiatives, aiming to expand its support and create a lasting, positive influence on the lives of underprivileged children.
