The official launch event, held last weekend, attracted homebuyers and investors from Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, neighboring provinces and Hanoi. Large numbers of attendees gathered at the venue from early morning, reflecting strong interest in the project.
According to Gamuda Land, all 420 apartment units were transacted within the morning session after pre-launch registrations exceeded available inventory across all unit categories.

The developer said buyers included young families, professionals working in industrial zones and long-term investors. Many had researched the project before launch and were prepared to complete transactions once sales opened.
The result marks the second rapid sell-through for the Springville township within less than a year. Earlier phases of the township’s landed residential products recorded a 97% absorption rate on launch day before later selling out completely.
Persa Place is the first high-rise precinct within the 18.2-hectare Springville integrated township in Nhon Trach. Located along Ton Duc Thang Boulevard (DT25B), the project is connected to Ho Chi Minh City, Long Thanh International Airport and surrounding industrial and logistics areas.
The development includes 420 apartment units and nine retail units. Apartment layouts range from one to three bedrooms, with sizes between 38 and 105 square meters.
According to project distributors, pricing remains around 40-50% lower than comparable projects in eastern Ho Chi Minh City.

To support buyers, the developer has introduced several payment options. Under the standard plan, buyers pay 10% upon signing the sales agreement, followed by quarterly installments of 5-10% until the expected handover in the third quarter of 2028.
For buyers using bank financing, partner banks are offering loans covering up to 80% of apartment value, including principal grace periods of up to 24 months and preferential interest support from the developer of up to 9% per year for the first 18 months for the loan of 60% contract value upward, according to the developer.
Gamuda Land said buyers opting for accelerated payment schedules may receive discounts of up to 11%.
The project’s market performance comes amid ongoing infrastructure development across Dong Nai and the eastern economic corridor.
Dong Nai officially became Vietnam’s seventh centrally governed municipality on April 30, 2026, a change expected to accelerate regional development.
Nhon Trach has increasingly attracted attention due to industrial expansion and major infrastructure projects including Nhon Trach Bridge, Ring Road 3, the Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway and the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway.
Long Thanh International Airport is also expected to increase future demand for housing, services and urban infrastructure as construction progresses toward technical completion and trial operations.

According to planning estimates, Phase 1 of the airport project is expected to require around 14,000 direct personnel, in addition to tens of thousands of workers in related sectors such as aviation, logistics and technology.
Dong Nai currently hosts nearly 1,600 active foreign direct investment (FDI) projects and a growing population of expatriate professionals and skilled workers, contributing to long-term housing demand in the area.
Following the sellout of Persa Place’s current inventory, market attention is expected to shift toward future phases of the Springville township, according to project distributors.
