Organized by the Vietnam Pulp and Paper Association, the Vietnam Packaging Association, and the Vietnam Advertising Association, VPPE 2025 will serve as a platform for industry players to showcase their brands, expand their markets, and engage with potential customers and partners.
Over 250 booths featuring nearly 500 brands from Vietnam and abroad—including Japan, China, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Sweden, France, and the United States—will be on display. The event is expected to attract more than 10,000 specialized visitors during its three-day run.
Visitors will have the opportunity to explore an extensive range of high-quality products and cutting-edge technologies, such as paper machines, fiber treatment technologies, printers, labeling machines, corner staplers, wire-tie machines, comprehensive packaging solutions, eco-friendly recyclable packaging, wastewater and exhaust gas treatment solutions, chemicals, rigid box samples, tissues, papers…

Alongside the exhibition, VPPE 2025 will host various complementary activities, including the Annual Vietnam Packaging Summit, the Vietnam Packaging Awards 2025 Ceremony, and the Vietnam Paper Industry Technical Conference. Visitors can also participate in workshops focusing on quality and safety standards, as well as effective quality management in paper packaging production. The 2025 Plenary Conference of the Vietnam Pulp and Paper Association Members will offer further opportunities for networking, while a newly introduced VPPE Golf Tournament will add a social dimension to the event.
To enhance accessibility, the organizers are providing free round-trip shuttle buses between Ho Chi Minh City and the venue. Additional shuttle services will be available for groups of four or more from certain provinces. Onsite, a business lounge, dining area, complimentary refreshments, and a lucky draw program will ensure a welcoming and productive experience.
